Is there any other offline mode to fill up application?

Apart from online mode, there is no other option for filling up of the application.

Is it compulsory to register yourself before submitting an admission form online?

Yes, it is compulsory to register with our Online Application System before you can submit your application form online. Keep login credential safely for further reference.

Can I apply for more than one course?

Yes. If application eligibility criteria match with your career profile, then you can apply for multiple courses.

During registration, what are the mandatory information?

During registration, first name, last name, mobile number, email and D.O.B fields are mandatory. All keep all the detailed information ready related to personal details, educational qualifications, a passport size photograph (in soft copy, not more than 100 KB) signature (in soft copy, not more than 100 KB).

What is the detailed process for submission of online application form?

The submission of application form passes through the following stages:

  • 1. Open the URL
  • 2. Complete the registration process by clicking ‘new user’ link. ( for first time registration)
  • 3. Once you submit the registration form, you will get a registration number which is mandatory for further login during application.
  • 4. Login into the system with Registration Number, D.O.B and Password.
  • 5. Update your basic preliminary details in the form.
  • 6. Once you update and lock your basic information all available course will display for application.
  • 7. You can then Fill Application Form online (Before submitting the application please go through course eligibility criteria)
  • 8. Make payment of Application Fee through the Credit/Debit card/Net Banking or through Bank Challans
  • 9. You need to take a print out of the acknowledgement after application submission and print out for further reference.

Note: For Ph.D. Candidates require to Download the Offline Application Form and to fill in the details and attach the documents as mentioned in the Offline Application Form. The Acknowledgement slip, filled in Offline Application form (along with the attachments) need to be sent to the address below: -

If final degree examination results are not declared, then can I apply for specific courses?

It is applicable for a few specific courses. Please check the detailed eligibility criteria for the same. For a PG Course you can apply with last obtained marks (Total Semesters – 2 Semester or Total Years – 1 Year ) and the examination status should be ‘Appeared’. Later you need to submit final mark sheet to the university.

Can I make the payment by cheque, draft or cash once I fill up the application form online?

There are below three possible way of payment for application fees

  • a. Online payment through the Credit/Debit card/Net Banking through any of the four Gateways available.
  • b. You can print challan after application form submission, then you need to deposit the application fee to
  •        i ). Any ICICI Bank/Branch for Challan generated through ICICI Payment Gateway.
  •        ii ). Any Axis Bank/Branch for Challan generated through Axis Payment Gateway.
